Last year, 157 emaciated, neglected dogs were confiscated from Alaska breeder Franch Rich. The local community wanted justice for this extreme animal cruelty. In addition to protesting at hearings, they were supported by more than 14,000 people who signed a petition on Change.org by local husky owner Becky Breeding.
